The first session will be an intake session. During this session you’ll be asked questions to learn more about you and your history, as well as the challenge that is bringing you to counseling. Our clinicians will collaborate with you to create one to three goals that we will be working on throughout future sessions. As you meet goals, we can add additional ones if needed or work to reduce frequency of sessions. Most clients begin meeting with us weekly, then transition to every other week, then monthly, and finally as needed for follow ups.
